What’s Included In The Man & Van Service?
Our man and van service includes a removal van, fuel, and a professional, experienced removal man. An extra porter can also be arranged if required.

Of course! We offer a full range of removal services, including packing. We can provide all necessary packing materials to ensure your items are protected and transported securely. With over 30 years of experience, your belongings will be in safe hands.

We include complimentary goods-in-transit insurance up to £10,000. For items needing higher coverage, please contact us directly.

Self Pack to Store

How does your storage work?
Our storage is simple, affordable, and automated. You store by the pallet. If you only have a small box, that’s fine too. For bulky items or furniture, please use our man and van service so we can quote accordingly.
With Self Pack to Store, we provide packing materials, arrange collection, and store your items in our purpose-built facility. Every item is labelled, and you get a digital inventory—no need for hiring vans or unreliable movers.
Yes. We offer free boxes for storage over 8 weeks. You can also buy boxes from us at cost.
Yes. We offer free collection and drop-off for all storage over 8 weeks.
Each box is scanned during collection. You’ll receive a digital inventory via email, making it easy to retrieve items later.
Yes, we can store any household furniture via our man and van service. Please contact us to arrange this.
Extremely secure. Your items are stored in double-walled pallet boxes (used for shipping), sealed, labelled, and digitally tracked in our system.

We currently cover all TN postcodes. For areas outside this, please contact us directly.

ECO (Economy): You secure your boxes on a pallet. One pallet label is provided as your receipt.

STAN (Standard): Our driver will load, label, and secure everything. Each item is individually labelled, and you’ll receive a digital inventory.

Yes, we include complimentary insurance of £50 per box. For additional cover, please contact us directly.

We aim to return your items within 7 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SELF-PACK STORAGE SERVICE

Est. 30+ Years | Single-Van Operation | Payment Required at Booking

1.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payment
•⁠ ⁠Labour £60/hour (driver + van, min. 1 hour/£60).
•⁠ ⁠Mileage £1.90/mile (one-way, collection to delivery via shortest route).
•⁠ ⁠Second Man +£25/hour (optional, must be booked for full job duration).
•⁠ ⁠Payment: Full estimated total required to secure booking.
  - Card payments accepted online via booking system.

2.⁠ ⁠Booking Security
•⁠ ⁠Your date/time is guaranteed only upon full payment.
•⁠ ⁠We prioritize reliability: No admin delays, no follow-up calls – van confirmed upon payment.

3.⁠ ⁠Parking & Additional Charges
•⁠ ⁠Client covers all parking fees if no legal parking is directly available.
•⁠ ⁠£60/hour added for:
  - Distant parking walks
  - Dismantling furniture (beds/tables)
  - Client-caused delays

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
•⁠ ⁠48 hours notice: Full refund.
•⁠ ⁠24–48 hours notice: 50% refund.
•⁠ ⁠<24 hours notice: No refund.
•⁠ ⁠Reliability promise*: If we cancel, 200% refund.

5.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate access details (stairs, parking, narrow doors).
•⁠ ⁠Label all boxes/furniture.
•⁠ ⁠Be ready at agreed start time – delays charged at £60/hour.

6.⁠ ⁠Quotes & Adjustments
•⁠ ⁠Online quotes show:
  > Labour (X hrs × £60) + Miles (Y × £1.90) + Second Man (Z hrs × £25)
•⁠ ⁠Final charge adjustments (e.g., extra time/parking) settled on moving day.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability & Insurance
•⁠ ⁠Goods insured in transit (excludes undeclared valuables over £500).
•⁠ ⁠Second man covered under our policy.

By paying upfront, client agrees to all terms above.
